Jason Williams – Owner – Trainer

Jason holds certifications in Crossfit Level 1, Olympic lifting, and REPS level 2. Originally from California, he grew up playing most American sports (baseball, football, etc), but focused most of his time and energy on basketball.

He found CrossFit in 2007 and has been hooked on functional movement ever since. He’s been training people for several years using various methodologies, but switched to CF only in 2008 because it delivers the best results quickly and safely. In 2008, he moved to London and now owns and trains at Thames CrossFit.

Outside the box, he enjoys travelling, music/dancing, and kicking back with a cold beer and good friends.
