Following are details of Thames CrossFit’s upcoming events.


Thames CrossFit hosts free park workouts in different London parks, three to four Sundays per month. If you haven’t been to one of our outdoor workouts before, we aim to get everyone doing something a little different from their standard run in the park. We’ll go through a warm-up, demonstrate how to do the movements and take you through the workout. We’ll wrap up with some stretching and skills work. No matter what your current level of fitness, all workouts are scaled to your level of ability and you’ll only work as hard as you want to. The warm-ups and workouts are always great challenge and a lot of fun! We aim to meet by 11:10am and tend to finish around 12:30pm.

Join us for a free CrossFit workout on Sunday, 12 September at Greenwich Park. At 11am, we’ll meet in front of Greenwich Theatre on the corner of Crooms Hill and Burney St/Nevada St, rain or shine. Do try to be on time, but if you get lost or are running late, call Jay at 077 8871 7768.

Sunday, 19 September, 2010 at 11AM

Join us for a free CrossFit workout on Sunday, 19 September at Hyde Park. At 11am, we’ll meet outside of the Hyde Park Corner Underground Station, rain or shine. Come out through Exit 1, go up the stairs and meet us in front of the gate. We will wait until 11:10am, then head into the park for the workout. Do try to be on time, but if you get lost or are running late, call Jay at 077 8871 7768.
