Nice seeing all you guys yesturday!

Made the mistake of going to the cinema-had to wait for everyone to leave before standing up as legs went into cramp. Lol

my legs don’t envy the wod-heavy dl and upper body will do fine.

    See you soon

This workout is vicious, and it takes some serious mental toughness to finish. Select a weight you can comfortably handle for it, and do as many as you can in the first few mins.

I was really impressed by the fortitude Liz, Brian, and Tina showed this morning…good luck to the evening crew.

This WOD is bloomin’ insanity but the reward is priceless!

Bring water and don’t wear a white shirt.

‘Light’ Kalsu? There was nothing light about that WOD! I scaled to 32.5 (then 27.5) and just tried to hang on. Ended up with 26.40, but had to fight for every. single. second.

Well done to Mark, Phil, Chris & Kris for epic performances.

That was nasty! Especially after yesterdays WOD, my legs feel trashed….and we have squats tomorrow!

I scaled to 32kg and had a game plan that seemed to work….ish, for my first 5 rounds I was doing sets of 7, that fell to rounds of 6….then rounds of 5. I then had Mark to thank for shouting me through the last round where I boshed out a round 9! Got a time of 18:48 so im pretty happy.

Agree that its definitely a WOD for mental toughness! Well done for everyone for gutting through it!

  7. Brian says:

That was brutal. Really feeling it now. 40 kg became 30 kg very quickly, which very quickly became 20 kg! Thanks to Liz, Tina and Jay for helping me push through this one.

O.k….so we slack off one weekend by going to Bruges, eating chocolate and having a few harmless pints of the local beers. Did you have to punish EVERYONE for our sins? That WOD is still in my head! I was very impressed with the crew pounding through that workout with me last night…well done!
